Why I’ve rebelled against the North American idea of “diet”

Because it’s stupid.  All it creates is an obsession that can never be satisfied.  It is the number one issue that causes shame and insecurity in women.  How many women do you know who are truly comfortable in their own skin?   I know this because I was wrapped up in its web for years.  I’m so passionate about rebelling against our culture of “diet” and it’s fads that I wrote a short ebook about what that rebellion can look like.

I’ve been on a journey the past two years of breaking free from the torment my weight had on me.   It hasn’t been easy, but through much trial and error – and  a load of tears – I have found myself on the other side.  It’s beautiful over here.  Free and shameless.  I’ve summed it up in a short ebook and am offering it for only .99 cents on amazon.

Why am I giving a book away for only .99 cents?

- I believe my journey on the pendulum between obsession and excess can help people struggling with their weight and the many issues underlying weight.

- Every woman deserves to hear the truth – not something selling them a bunch of garbage just to make money.  This book is strait up real-life.  It’s a call to rebel against what diets are actually doing to us!

- most of my weight issues happened AFTER I lost all my weight.  No one talks about that.  Books and media want to sell us the idea that we will be happy if we could just lose enough weight.  I’m here to tell you that it’s a lie because we’ve been going about it the wrong way.

- You deserve freedom in the area of weight issues so you can get on with the things you know you were born to do!

This ebook isn’t to be confused with my actual book, “Culture Rebel” coming out in a few weeks.  This is a quick ebook is called, “Culture Rebel On A Diet”.  Download it, read it and feel free to share it with others who need a good boost of truth and encouragement!

Tired of it all?  So was I.  Time to be free my friends :)

About a year ago I read Intuitive Eating. It opened my eyes to a lot of the traps of the diet mentality Connie. I hope your book opens up a bunch of eyes too!
